Aspirus Wausau Rotation Schedule
First-Year Rotations
A two-week Management of Health Systems rotation orients new residents so they can become familiar with one another, faculty and staff; their professional setting and systems; and community resources.
During the first year, residents see their own patients four half-days per week on average in the outpatient Family Medicine Center (FMC) for continuity clinic.

A full Wisconsin medical license is required before advancing to the third year. Sitting for the board certifying exam (either through ABFM for allopaths or AOBFP for osteopaths) in third year is a requirement for graduation.
