The Wausau Residency Outpatient Clinic is located in a 27,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building that offers:

  • 18 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 3 OMT tables;

  • Resident Center with spacious desks and laptops provided;

  • A 64-seat auditorium for health care conferences, education programs, and workshops;

  • Dedicated training, meeting, and administrative spaces away from patient care; and

  • Ample windows and natural light throughout.

Patients, clinicians, residents, and students all benefit from the convenience of a primary care clinic in close proximity to its referring hospital.  The residency clinic is located on the campus of Aspirus Wausau Hospital and serves a diverse patient population, including:

  • Whole families, from infants to the elderly

  • Persons living with HIV

  • Southeast Asian families

  • Gender affirming care

Aspirus Health is a non-profit, community-directed health system based in Wausau, Wisconsin, serving northern and central Wisconsin, northeastern Minnesota, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the primary inpatient resident training site for internal medicine, surgery, emergency care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and other specialties.
